Issues

The Issues tool in Autodesk Build allows you to track any issues, such as punch list items or trade damage, across the construction lifecycle and reference data on sheets, forms, RFIs, and throughout Autodesk Construction Cloud™. 

Sheets

In this section, we will cover different ways to upload and publish sheets to a project, whether they’re new issuances or revised sheets. Additionally, we can use the markup tools to streamline workflows in both the office and the field.  

Files

Managing your project files in one digital library has become easier than ever. You will learn to organize, distribute, and share documents throughout the project lifecycle within a single document management platform. Create a single source of truth, ensuring teams have access to the information they need from anywhere, anytime, on any device. 

RFIs

RFIs tool is a single unified place to create, manage, review, and view all the formal Requests for Information (RFIs) created by users on your project team. This tool is great for users who need to formally document questions and responses to design- and construction-related questions that arise during the project lifecycle.

Submittals

The submittals tool is handy for members who must document formal reviews and approval of design and construction-related submittals.  

Schedule

Learn how to import, view, and collaborate with third-party schedules within Autodesk Build.

Assets

In this course, we’ll go over the Assets tool, a single unified place to create, manage, and track all the equipment and assets on our projects. This tool is useful for users who need to manage and track assets throughout the project lifecycle, whether for design, approval, procurement, installation, commissioning, or handover and operations.

Reviews

In this module, you will learn to create, edit, manage approval workflows and initiate and complete reviews. The approval workflow feature enables document managers to facilitate, control, and automate the distribution of files to project members.
