Uniting the Bay, Connecting California. The Portal, San Francisco: a Digital Delivery Journey
The Portal project, part of the Transbay Joint Powers Authority’s vision, extends Caltrain and California High-Speed Rail to the Salesforce Transit Center in downtown San Francisco. The 1.3-mile tunnel will serve up to 90,000 daily riders, connecting 11 transit systems.
