The future of openBIM for Infrastructure with IFC 4x3
buildingSMART is the global hub for open industry standards in construction. Over the past five years, they have been working with industry experts to extend their data model to include infrastructure assets (IFC 4.3). This session will provide an overview of buildingSMART, their work, projects, and how they are developing new standards with international partners. It'll also discuss Autodesk's involvement and support of the IFC 4.3 schema in various software solutions.
