Numerical methods for analysis of the visibility of railway signals

With EOLE project, the expansion of the “RER E” new generation, SNCF has created a new approach based on design automation solutions for signals visualisation analysis. SNCF imagined digital processes to take benefits from the rail track to signalling models and create signalling visualization volumes for the rolling stock driver to ensure safety compliance of all travellers, in a project context where one of the main objectives is to increase the traffic load capacity of the line.
