GeoAI to exploit point clouds to inform design, construction & operations
To harness the full potential of data, largely unexploited, we developed a solution with Esri’s GeoAI to interpret and classify the scans. We will show how we managed to classify and isolate portions of the point clouds, namely the electric traction system, to reproduce the ante-operam conditions of a site, enhance the design information, and improve the quality of the data for design, construction and maintenance purposes.
