Contracts. In such cases we decided to import the

forms as "smart PDF"

‘Native forms’ vs smart PDF forms

 If ‘native forms’ (i.e. using template fully generated with ACC editor) are used:

o a full digital process is allowed

o Integrated Power BI dashboarding works very well.

o dashboards can be fed by scheduled reports (section Reports of Build).

o dashboards can be configured starting from the available templates.

 If ‘smart PDF’ are used:

o in ACC integrated reports will appear only the data relevant to the status of the form and to the ‘form details’ (form name, location, references etc.)

o the data of the PDF can be exported in Excel only with a dedicated export

o dashboards can be in any case integrated into ‘Insight’ section of ACC Docs

Conclusion Activity results and final considerations

 ACC BUILD is a flexible set of tools to manage Checks during the construction phase

 The use of internal editor to produce forms requires a certain re-engineering of complex

existing forms, but supports a full deployment of ACC BUILD potentialities

 ACC assets and locations give the topological framework allowing to connect what you

do on site with powerful graphical representations (models & dashboards)

 ACC Report Dashboards give powerful representations of

activities performed

 A way to digital, paperless QC process has been identified

Value measurement

Availability of digital data also brings improvements in the overall project management process

supporting progress measure and cost claiming

estimated saving of around 30%

 Improve Form Templates in conjunction with Client to set-up a contractual

framework with a "positive attitude" towards digitalization

 Improve Dashboards aligned to real project feedback

 Investigate AI to create Final Dossier including all report in defined order
