Leveraging BIM 360 for effective collaboration at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation
The construction and operation of large metro rail systems requires effective collaboration and coordination between various stakeholders, including owners, designers, contractors, and operators. This presentation will show how Delhi Metro have used BIM 360, and created a client-controlled collaborative environment to enable the process, and change the BIM industry for infrastructure projects, especially metro projects in India.
