Coordination and Control of Projects in Madrid Chamartín Clara-Campoamor Station
The Subdirectorate for the Coordination of Major Projects at Madrid Stations is managing over 70 concurrent interventions in the Chamartín–Clara Campoamor Station area, a key component of northern Madrid’s urban development plan. Each requires specific modeling tools and involves multiple stakeholders using different software platforms. To address this challenge, Adif has implemented BIM methodology as a central coordination tool.
