Future CDE Strategy in Railway Projects: BIM Use from Design to Maintenance
To advance full-scale utilization of BIM, JR EAST is working on building a CDE and developing BIM for pilot projects. In this presentation, we will introduce our development policy for the CDE aimed at further utilization of BIM and integration with AI, and present the effects and challenges observed at each stage - design, construction, final inspection after project completion, and maintenance - through the combined use of Revit and point cloud data in the pilot project.
