BIM implementation strategy in a highly complex environment with best practice examples
To organize that process the BIM management has developed a framework for the upcoming years to embed and further develop BIM standards and develop smart and novel applications, use of tools and data integrations. To motivate employees and learn from our best-practices we learn from already implemented BIM processes in various very large scale multidisciplinary railway-focused projects, like for example PHS Amsterdam.
