a strong background in rail signaling engineering.

I am a visionary leader with a keen eye on the future, always exploring

ways to enhance our work processes, drive smarter decisions, and

ultimately boost business margins. My ability to see years ahead allows

me to anticipate industry trends and position our team at the forefront of

technological advancement.

My greatest strength lies in my ability to unite teams and inspire them to

Working at Arcadis since 2009 I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to

various rail projects. With a background in Project Management, I

gradually transitioned to software development where I first

encountered the Agile way of working. This was a game changer for

me and since then I gained experience as Agile Coach, working hands-

on with DevOps teams in SAFe organizations.

In my role as Team Lead of one of the Rail Signaling teams and

dedicated Mobility DevOps team, I pushed and supported innovation

throughout the Arcadis business lines. Being heavily involved with the

development of DynDash from the start, my interest in Product

Management has grown immensely over the years. I’m looking forward

sharing the insights we have learned over the years while working to

advance the rail industry!

Four Use Cases in a Digitalized Future:

1. Digital Replica of our Railway Network

Digitalization of the technical rail design along with associated

configuration data.

2. Digital Construction and Maintenance

Utilization of operational data to monitor and update the maintenance

status in real time.

3. Customer- and data-driven capacity allocation

Automatic capacity optimization for train paths of all operators to ensure

a stable timetable.

4. Intelligent Traffic Management

Implementation of ERTMS on railway segments in the Netherlands in

accordance with the ERTMS roll-out plan.
