Which strategy was used for the massive construction of high-quality housing?

Madrid's Plan Vive is an ambitious initiative by the Regional Government to build 25,000 affordable public rental housing units over an eight-year period, with an expected investment of 700 million euros.
In order to meet the goals of Plan Vive, modern building concepts, such as industrialisation and environmental sustainability, have been adopted. Thus, a set price and great savings are achieved in terms of deadlines compared to traditional construction.
Autodesk solutions have been key to build a Common Data Environment with Autodesk Construction Cloud and coordinate all the stakeholders involved in housing development: developer, construction company, factory, architectural firms, as well as engineering and consulting firms.
