Shooting a video at AU2023 presented a unique opportunity for ABM to foster a direct relationship with IKEA, a key account with a cautious approach towards partnerships. IKEA is a 1:1 ABM EMEA Named Account, known for its large scale with 250,000 co-workers and its risk-averse nature.
Potential for Growth: One of the significant growth opportunities within the IKEA EBA is the global adoption of Revit for planning the interior of IKEA stores.
At AU 2023, a unique opportunity presented itself for ABM to collaborate with the IKEA team to create a video showcasing their transition to a new working method with Revit. This collaboration was met with enthusiasm from the IKEA team, who will share the video globally with their 7000+ store planners. More importantly, this venture has created a direct relationship between ABM and IKEA, paving the way for future collaborations and opening doors for ABM to work on upcoming projects with IKEA to accellerate adoption.

- Enhanced collaboration and feedback: The new method has been well received by the workforce, creating a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
