The importance of executive engagement lies in its ability to build credibility, foster relationships, align strategy and support decision-making. When our clients' executives actively engage with us, they play a significant role in driving the success of their/our business and cultivating an environment of trust and collaboration.
To support executive engagement, here are some examples of activities that could be implemented:
- Schedule an executive briefing with an Autodesk executive. Once you submit your request, a dedicated team will contact you to initiate the next steps.
- Attend events and network at highly exclusive dinners hosted by Autodesk executives or at the main Autodesk Exec Summit at Autodesk University.
- Offer a speaking opportunity through:
- Events such as AU, Converge, 3rd party events (BIM World, Hannover Messe, ...)
- The State of Design & Make Report – Autodesk global, annual study for leaders
- Video case studies/interviews
- Design & Make with Autodesk blog articles
- ...
- Request an executive profile provided by an external agency to gain more insights into a specific individual. The profile will include:
- Executive background: career history, education, personal interests and characteristics
- Executive activity: Social & news activity, power map
- Executive strategy: Strategic priorities and initiatives
- Executive personality: Character analysis engagement recommendations
